Sellers engage us to run a professional sales process when exiting their business. We prepare the business for sale, draft attractive sales materials, reach out to our large network of qualified buyers, organize meetings, set milestones, negotiate on behalf of our clients and guide the entire process from start to finish.

If we do our job well, we find the right buyer who offers the right terms. Our goal is to take over as much load as possible during the sales process so that our clients can keep focusing on running to the business.

Meet the Founder

Attila Hardy is the founder and Managing Partner of Array Capital. He is a seasoned investment professional with experience in private equity, SaaS, e-commerce and financial services.

Prior to founding Array, Attila successfully bootstrapped two
e-commerce ventures. Before that, Attila served as an Investment Manager at Legend Holdings, where he made direct investments in European banks and insurance companies.

He began his career as an Investment Analyst in the European private equity buyout team at Partners Group, one of the largest private equity firms in the world.

Attila holds a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich in Switzerland and is based in Zurich.
